Matcha hot chocolate… yes please! October 21, 2016
We’ve written about the wonders of matcha before, and it’s wonderfully subtle yet distinctive flavour. This white chocolate would be lovely as is, but when matcha is added to the mix? Well, that’s a very special combination indeed.

Mighty Matcha Hot Chocolate Recipe
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 300ml milk
- 50g white chocolate, chopped
- Big marshmallows
- Sift the matcha powder into a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of the milk and whisk until no lumps remain. Whisk in the remaining milk and add the white chocolate. Heat over medium low, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is warm.
- Top with marshmallows and a sprinkle of matcha powder.
