To get you bolting straight out of the gates and into a more active 2018, our friends at Lorna Jane have a plan to keep you on track with your new year’s resolutions.
As we start to get back into our daily routines, it’s the perfect time to wave bye-bye to the holiday chill out and start setting our plans and practices for the year ahead.
While it was fantastic to enjoy a few sleep ins, holiday lunches and days catching up on some reading (or TV binge sessions) it’s time to hit refresh and get moving on making 2018 your best year yet.
That’s why we’re so excited to share with you the new wellness program from our partner Lorna Jane.
The Lorna Jane Active Living Program is built to help you live a life you love. It is a program that’s designed to help you become the fittest, healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
The program is free and easy to join, it is simple to follow, available at your fingertips via your smartphone and will keep you on track – daily.
Following the daily practice of Move Nourish Believe, the Active Living Program gives you the tools and support to live your best life – for life.
What the program contains:
A detailed workout plan with video workouts from guest trainers that you can do anywhere
Meal guides with a variety of delicious recipes to fuel and nourish your body
Practices, tips and guides to inspire, motivate and empower you
The program kicks off on 15 January but the Lorna Jane team have provided us with a ‘warm up’ week program to help get you ready.
Each day you’ll have a Move Nourish or Believe exercise to complete, giving you a little taste of what’s to come!
