Cut up lengths of capsicum, carrot, celery, cucumber to make rainbow coloured crudités. Enjoy with hummus.

Lebanese Bread ‘Chips’ with Perfect Pink Beetroot Dip

Cut Lebanese bread into triangles with scissors, then cook for 15 minutes in an oven on 150ºC.

Beetroot Dip
Ingredients

– 1 cup cooked beetroot
– 100g fetta
– 1 tbs caraway seeds
– salt and pepper

Method

With a stick blender, purée fetta and beetroot together until you have a chunky paste. Stir through caraway seeds, salt and pepper and enjoy!

Chunky Spinach Pesto Dip

Ingredients

– 2 cups baby spinach
– 1 large bunch fresh basil
– 180g pine nuts
– extra virgin olive oil
– salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Blend all ingredients together to make a chunky dip. Perfect with veggies, Lebanese bread chips or on sandwiches!

Peel the skin of an apple to make curly, twirly snake skin.

Cut celery into lengths, top with natural peanut butter and sultanas.

Banana Nutella ‘Sushi’

Ingredients

  • Wholemeal wraps
  • Nutella
  • Bananas, peeled (want to make sure your bananas are ripe? Check out our guide.)

Method

Spread Nutella over a wholemeal wrap. Place a banana on one edge of the wrap, then roll up. Cut into ‘sushi’ pieces and enjoy!

Blueberry Snow Drops

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Dessicated Coconut

Method

Dip Blueberries in greek yoghurt (you can whisk in a little honey to the yoghurt if you like) so they have snow capped peaks. Sprinkle with dessicated coconut ‘snow’ and freeze overnight.
