Spring has well and truly sprung, and we feel the temperature rising! With summer just around the corner, we thought it was the perfect time to showcase some of our show stopping salads from 2018! After all, summer time equals salad time!
After all, salads could use a little spotlight on them as they definitely don’t get the praise they deserve. I think there’s a big misconception when it comes to salads, that they aren’t filling enough, they aren’t a “proper” meal (they’re just a side) and it’s just a bunch of lettuce, tomato and cucumber with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Well we’re here to tell you (and show you), that this is most definitely not the case and that salads can and are in fact…filling, a “proper” meal and don’t just have to have the same four ingredients.
