Our recipe developer Meg is a canny little soul. (No really, she’s very little. We’d never hold it against her though!) She’s always brimming with new ideas to delight our senses and tickle our tastebuds.
This summer Pimms Punch really is magical – all the fruit and fresh herbs bring out the complex aromatics of the Pimms, giving you a complex flavour that is still refreshing. Plus, Pimms has a lower alcohol content than liquor (around 25%), so it’s a less boozy way to enjoy a summertime tipple that won’t leave you dehydrated!
Pimms Punch (the Aussie summer way)

- 2 oranges
- 300g strawberries
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 lime
- 1 grapefruit
- 500ml Pimms
- 500ml lemonade
- 250ml cranberry juice
- 250ml pineapple juice
- 250ml orange juice
- Soda water, to fill
Method
- Slice the orange into thin slices (skin on). Slice the grapefruit into slices (skin on). Slice the lime into thin slices (skin on). Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice into quarters. Slice the cucumber into thin slices on a diagonal. Pick the mint leaves.
