Its various grains, nuts and seeds give you plenty of important nutrients and properties. For example, take the complex carbohydrates of oatmeal – ideal to give you a long lasting feeling of satiety. They’re also rich in unsaturated fatty acids, fibre, minerals and vitamins.

The pumpkin seeds are great for supplying energy: vitamins, minerals and especially the important omega-3 fatty acids ensure peak brain performance, so you can leave three thirty-itis and brain fades behind!

Any nut lovers out there? Very good! Because they are super healthy and rich in protein and unsaturated fatty acids – they keep hearts healthy and promote concentration. If you feel like, why not replace the chopped hazelnuts in this recipe with another favourite – some delicious walnuts perhaps?

The popular chia seed has a lot to offer as well, as they are rich in antioxidants,  protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals. They strengthen the entire body and promote, for example, the performance of the brain, fill you up and provide lasting energy.

Well, with all that boring stuff out of the way – time for plenty of energy to power and want this delicious bread without flour  baking? Here is the recipe comes to follow suit!
