I am 22 kgs overweight and desperate to lose it. I am 84 years old and I don’t think it unreasonable to think I could go from 107 kg to a healthier 85 kg. A couple of years ago I broke my leg and had to spend five months in a rehab hospital. As I couldn’t walk I had to spend the time in a wheelchair – hence the weight just piled on. If you can help I would be vary pleased to hear from you.

Anne Barcicki says: I would like to know if the white padding material inside the boxes is able to be used for recycle projects like Easter and Christmas. Is it made of harmless material? Also with the freezer bag contents – can it be put onto gardens as a water saver mix or is it harmful to plants ?

Rachel says: I’ve just started trying out hello fresh and the biggest thing holding me back from continuing is all the single use packaging that comes with the order! Could be much more eco-friendly.
I think you should pick up last weeks box, packaging and ice packs when the next box is delivered and reuse them till they become too worn out or at least have a company up-cycle it efficiently.
Lets face it. Life is busy. The days seem to speed by at record pace, you barely turn around and another month has passed us by.

It’s unfortunate that your reviewer didn’t manage to get south of St Peters or west of Hunters Hill. There are extraordinary coffee houses all over Sydney however your reviewer like most reviewers seem to manage to stay close only to their inner Sydney addresses or places of work.
Maybe you should throw it open to your subscribers who would give a more broad demographic to this survey. I doubt if the rest of us are drinking “ordinary” coffee.

We couldn’t agree more! Our claim of ‘definitive’ is a bit cheeky here, Western Sydney in particular deserves a whole list of its own – there are so many great places to eat and drink. Watch this space for more reviews coming soon!
The coffee out west is even better. Black Drum Roasters at Blacktown roast great coffee. I don’t believe that your list is definitive.
