Looking for best diet to reduce INFLAMMATION – I have FIBROMYALGIA and osteoarthritis, and now anxiety with no family help. Need to boost my energy.

. Aged 81 yrs and caring for husband unable to speak – has FRONTALOBE Aphasia Dementia which causes him to eat a lot of unhealthy sweet and fatty food. Would appreciate help for him too.
