Hellofresh recipe
For the wedges
Preheat the oven to 180C. In a bowl combine together the smoked paprika, half the oil, rosemary, and the sweet potato wedges. Toss until the wedges are well coated with paprika, season liberally with salt and pepper. Place the wedges on a baking tray and place them in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are nice and crispy.
For the steak
Whisk together half of the olive oil and the HF spice rub and then rub the spice into your steaks firmly. Heat some oil in a pan or griddle over high heat. Add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and leave aside to rest.
To serve
Add the baby spinach and the hot wedges to a large bowl and toss to combine, you may like to add some more olive oil to bring everything together. Serve your succulent steak with a side of the wedges and spinach, and enjoy!
