Hi

I just wanted to say how great your service is. Pretty much my only job at home is to cook dinner during the week and you make it so much easier. We’re eating very good food at a reasonable price and I’m less tempted to buy unhealthy snacks at the supermarket on the way home!

One thing this week: The recipe for the chimmichurri sauce seemed to result in a too watery sauce. I put in less than the recommended liquids to start with and had to get some extra parsley from the garden to thicken it to a paste-like consistency.

I have had a couple of other experiences in the last couple of months where the ingredients seemed a bit out of balance. I remember one where there was way too much lemon juice that over-powered the rest of the sauce; or perhaps the lemons were not sweet enough. On other occassions using two full cans of beans or chick peas seemed too much to accompany the rest of the recipe.

Anyway I will make sure to blog these in future if I experience this again.

Again thanks for this great service.

Hi there Adrian, thank you so much for your valuable feedback – we’ll be sure to pass it on to our recipe developers! If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our customer care team by emailing them at hello@hellofresh.com.au. Happy cooking 🙂
