How to prep stone fruit

    We have some seasonal stone fruits coming up in the menu – and they can be a little tricky to prep! Here are a few of ways to make prep time quicker and easier.

    1. Cutting around the seed


    2. Slicing into wedges


    3. Halve by cutting around the seed and twist
