Looking for best diet to reduce INFLAMMATION – I have FIBROMYALGIA and osteoarthritis, and now anxiety with no family help. Need to boost my energy.

. Aged 81 yrs and caring for husband unable to speak – has FRONTALOBE Aphasia Dementia which causes him to eat a lot of unhealthy sweet and fatty food. Would appreciate help for him too.

Hope you can help. I eat very little processed food and am trying to eat little meat. Have noticed some improvement. Easy recipes please and not to involved.

This is my first week with HelloFresh and already my order was delivered late. I signed up to have my delivery by 7:00am so that it did not sit out all day. I waited until 7:50 to leave for work but it still had not arrived. We are expecting a 39 degree day here in Canberra so by the time I get home about 6:00pm the food will be ready for the rubbish bin, will check the temperature in the box when I get home.. I believe I have made a big mistake signing up for this.
