Diego’s: our little slice of Mexico in Australia

For our Mexican inspired meals, our good friends at Diego’s Authentic Foods are always happy to help us feed the hungry hoards.

Diego’s, based on the Gold Coast, is run by husband and wife team Deann and Colin. They met in Mexico many moons ago and have built a business based on their shared love for Mexican cuisine and culture. At Diego’s, they bake fresh flour and white corn tortillas as well as prepare specialty sauces like the authentic and mouthwatering enchilada sauce. HelloFresh customers will have recognised this in our menu this week – what a treat! As proud as they are to deliver the popular tastes of Mexican cuisine to Australian dinner tables, we are proud to introduce to you this inspiring and passionate local business.
