The fresh ingredients and unique flavours turn this pizza into a gourmet dish!
Ingredients for two people
|1||red onion, quartered|
|100 g||feta, crumbled|
|50 g||baby spinach|
For the pizza
Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the red onion on a baking tray, drizzle with the olive oil. Place it in the oven for 20 minutes or until browned and soft, remove from the oven. Place the Lebanese bread on an oven proof dish. Start by spreading each pizza base with some pesto then spread over the onion, artichokes, and the crumbled feta cheese. Put in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Place your pizza on a plate and sprinkle with baby spinach. You can drizzle a few drops of olive oil on top if you like!
