When it comes to New Year’s Resolutions, eating balanced meals and caring for the environment are two of the top things Aussies want to do more of this year.

According to a HelloFresh study, one third of the 1,000 Australians surveyed said they want to eat balanced meals with more vegetables, while one in four strive to be more environmentally conscious by wasting less food.

Does this sound like you? If your goals include improving your eating habits and minimising your environmental footprint, we can help.

How do we help balanced eating?

Our recipes are nutritionally balanced with generous servings of veg, lean protein and wholegrains in every dish! They’re all triple tested and approved by our in-house Dietitian before making it onto the menu, so you can rest assured your dinner is both wholesome and delicious.

How do we reduce food waste?

We source seasonal ingredients directly from Australian producers and suppliers whenever possible and deliver the pre-portioned ingredients to you. This eliminates a step in the traditional grocery supply chain and minimises food waste from farm to doorstep.

See the delicious meals which are coming up on the menu, you’ll notice a tasty variety of dishes from traditional favourites to worldly cuisines. They are all created with nutrition, balance and seasonality as a top priority. Tuck in!
