We’ve really saved the best till last with these blackbean pattie sliders. In parts 1 and 2 of our party food series, we showed you how to master avocado devilled eggs and baked parmesan zucchini fries. This healthy burger tastes absolutely amazing, and it’s definitely worth the effort to form these patties.
These blackbean patties have just a hint of spice from chipotle, and we’ve ditched the ketchup for a sundried tomato sauce with tangy Greek yoghurt instead. For a snack sized slider, halved buns make for more manageable finger food, but you could easily serve these up as a full burger dinner rather than a slider.
