I entered a one of delivery from a voucher as a gift, which I wasn’t happy with and now you have continued charging my account – I am extremely disgusted how this has been handled. The original delivery was on TUESDAY after the advertised time (problem one) The box contained not enough food for two people for 3 meals (Problem two) and no where in the voucher did it mention you would continue deducting money without my consent! (BIG STRIKE)! I will be taking this further, as as soon as I noticed you taken further money from my account without my permission I called and was told you were sending another box to the listed address (not my address- gift)! and ripping me off a further – also on a day that you couldn’t delivery before on…..which is amazing you can send it out quicker than Tuesday now…..only because you want to charge me! What a shocking mis-service from your company – I will be taking to social media to express how you handled this!

Hi there Edwina, thanks for getting in touch! All of our gift vouchers are only valid on our subscription boxes and this is always stated on the cards. Furthermore, once you pop onto our website you are able to chose between our classic and vegetarian subscription boxes or our trial boxes (which are one-off deliveries and are not valid with any vouchers). We are under the impression that you have spoken to a member from our customer care team today who explained that the different delivery day is due to the box being sent to a different delivery area. If you would like to cancel or pause your next delivery, feel free to do this in your online account by our deadline of Wednesday midnight the week prior to your next delivery. Unfortunately our social media team are unable to assist you further with any specific delivery concerns.
